Refund Policy

We will make a Refund, Resend, or Accept the Return for any of the following cases:

1. Delayed Orders: This dispute is based on orders Not Found, Pending, or Expired with more than 45 days (counting from the date you send the payment to J E S S I E) for the USA and 60 days for rest of the world.

In any of the circumstances below, the refund/resend will no longer be an option if: 

- The shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force measure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow.

J E S S I E will not be liable for the delayed shipment of the orders as they are not in our control. However, Jessie's Shops will notify you by Email or WhatsApp etc within 5 days. 

2. Delivered Orders: If any orders have been delivered within maximum delivery time and more than 30 days COMPLETED status you will not be allowed to open dispute anymore.

3. Damaged Orders: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as beauty tools and swimwear items) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

J E S S I E will provide a full refund/replacement if:

- Orders arrived damaged

- Order arrived damaged but the customer doesn’t want the replacement to be sent.

- For ordinary products, the customer can open a dispute with J E S S I E within 30 days after the customer received their order and a refund/replacement will be made.

4. Bad Quality: J E S S I E will ensure that most of the items are checked before they are shipped out, however if there are complaints about the following:

- The customer can open a dispute with J E S S I E within 30 days after the customer received their order and a refund/replacement will be made.

5. The Dispute Which is not J E S S I E Fault: Jessie's Shops will not accept any disputes that buyer received with reasons as below:

- The shipping address/phone number provided incorrectly, and the item was lost in transit. 

Other than these reasons, J E S S I E is willing to exchange the item(s) for a different color/size, for another item for at the same price range same price, or a full refund. You have 30 days upon receiving the item to make a dispute and return.

TO RETURN:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jessiesshops.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is made, J E S S I E will make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your complaint/return, and let you know about the details of the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or via Bank transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
